When you order through my Shaklee store, your products ship directly from Shaklee Canada to your door, at the same price whether you pick up in Surrey or live a province away.

One national price
Shaklee sets a single price list for all of Canada. Wherever you live, you pay the same product price as someone picking up at my Surrey home office — your location only changes shipping time, never the cost of the products.
Fulfilled from Ontario, not BC
Orders ship from Shaklee Canada's distribution centre in Ontario — not from my BC office. For Ontario, Quebec and central-Canada customers that often means some of the fastest delivery in the country, while everyone else gets standard tracked carrier shipping. You still get me as your personal distributor.

Where do Shaklee orders actually ship from?
From Shaklee Canada’s distribution centre in Ontario — not from my Surrey, BC home office. When you order through my Shaklee store, the warehouse picks, packs and ships directly to your door anywhere in Canada. For Ontario and central-Canada addresses that often means very fast delivery; for the rest of the country it’s standard tracked carrier shipping.
Does it cost more to order from a BC-based distributor?
No. Shaklee uses one national price list, so every customer pays the same product price regardless of where they live or where I’m based. Shipping is calculated at checkout by order size and current promotions, and is often free above a set threshold. Being your distributor, I’m simply your point of contact for advice and reorders.
Can I still get personal help if I’m not in BC?
Absolutely. I help customers across the country by phone, email and through my contact page. I’ll help you choose where to start, answer product questions and look after reorders — the only thing that’s different province to province is shipping time, not the service.
Which provinces and territories do you ship to?
All of them. I ship to every province and territory in Canada through Shaklee Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador, and north to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The most remote fly-in communities take longer and cost more to reach, but the product price is the same nationwide.
