A polyol (trihydric alcohol) used as a humectant that binds water.
- Lactobacillus/Nereocystis Leutkeana Ferment Filtrate ferment filtrate
A filtrate produced by fermenting Nereocystis luetkeana (bull/sea kelp) with Lactobacillus bacteria; the label's 'fermented sea kelp'.
- Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate surfactant/emulsifier
A non-ionic polyglycerol ester of caprylic (C8) fatty acid used as a surfactant/emulsifier.
- Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate surfactant/emulsifier
A non-ionic polyglycerol ester of capric (C10) fatty acid used as a surfactant/emulsifier.

- Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate surfactant
An anionic surfactant; the sodium salt of coconut-derived fatty acids condensed with the amino acid glycine.
- Phenoxyethanol preservative
A glycol ether used as a broad-spectrum preservative.
- Ethylhexylglycerin preservative
