• SD Alcohol 40-B solvent

  Specially denatured ethyl alcohol (denatured with a bittering/denaturing agent), used as a solvent and volatile carrier.

  A polyethylene-glycol ether of isocetyl alcohol; a nonionic surfactant and solubilizer.

• Panthenol conditioning agent
